Reach And Support All
Organization (RASA) is a duly registered humanitarian, nongovernmental,
nonprofit, non-religious, nonpolitical organization established to contribute
in ensuring that the people of Tanzania and elsewhere attain better living
through economic, social, literacy and health development.

Mission
Our mission is to ensure
that the people of Tanzania attain better living conditions through Health,
Literacy and Social development
We currently focus on
noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) with more emphasis on hypertension (HTN),
diabetes mellitus (DM) and Obesity. We are conducting educational campaigns and
screening for the above mentioned NCDs in communities and schools. We also
partner and look for opportunities to conduct and support health and social
related campaigns that may fall in line with the objectives of the organization
RASA has started in Mwanza city and intends to spread its
activities across Tanzania
Experience
Since its establishment in
2015, RASA has until now been able to screen over 10,000 people in
Mwanza town whom on different occasions have been processed through the
relevant channels and are now on treatment programs for HTN and DM.
For the past three years
RASA has conducted more than 20 community health camps in Misungwi, Ilemela,
Nyamagana and Sengerema districts of Mwanza region.
Through its Chief Executive
Officer, RASA has presented its work in various scientific platforms both
nationally and internationally and has received recommendation for good work
done in community healthcare projects.
RASA has also worked with
several professors and students from local and international universities on establishing
the prevalence of NCDs in Mwanza town, work that is still in progress to be
published on an international scientific journal.
RASA has also worked with
various local and international NGOs, companies, corporate and government
offices to ensure service provision to the people of Tanzania.
